Arbitration

He sits as presiding arbitrator and as sole arbitrator in commercial, energy and construction disputes, under the rules of Brazilian and international institutions. He was trained in the French school of private international law, with a master’s degree from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M. from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris, both taught entirely in French, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, with continuing education at the ICC and CIArb. He runs proceedings in a technical and meticulous manner; his practice with technical decisions in Dispute Boards contributes to speed in construction and infrastructure cases. He is listed as arbitrator in Brazil, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.
