International lawyer devoted to the resolution of disputes in international contracts and projects, particularly in construction and infrastructure. He works with the regulatory and institutional realities of Brazil, Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa, with experience in the FIDIC and NEC standard forms.

He chairs Dispute Boards on contracts financed by multilateral development banks. President of Region 4 (Latin America) of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. PhD in Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense, with a thesis awarded by IBDiC, and postdoctoral researcher at the University of São Paulo Law School. He works in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French.
